Research & Development
Cooperating with Zhejiang University, Xi'An Jiaotong University, while hosting a powerful and experienced R&D team with over 150 engineers, including 4 PhD's, BOXSAM focuses on the development of different solutions such as STI, NEC, Ali, National Chip, SUNPLUS, MSTAR, etc. BOXSAM's products include: SD and HD set-top boxes for DVB-S, DVB-C,DVB-T, ISDB-T, PCI CARD, and USB 2.0, as well as a DAB product (Digital Audio Broadcasting).

Production and Quality Control
We run 5 advanced SMT production lines with a monthly production capacity of 600,000 sets, 10 wave soldering production lines, and 10 assembling lines that ensure a monthly production capacity of 800,000 completed set-top boxes. Our new factory, occupying an area of 17,000 sq. meters, is being built with even more advanced production lines.
We ensure 100% quality control by employing different advanced technical equipments, such as SFU, DVB-S/T/C Modulator, RoHS Testing Equipment, Temperature & Humidity Chamber, Stream Analyzer, Frequency Spectrograph, Stream Generator, AV Output Testing Equipment, and Oscilloscope.
